What to expect after booking :

You will recieve a confirmation which will detail all necessary information for your trip.  Check that we have your correct Pickup address, Date of your travel and time.

On the day of your trip our driver will come to the exact pickup point that you require.  No need to carry your luggage across town!  The driver will come to meet you personally at the front desk or reception at your accomodation, then help you with your luggage and assist you into the shuttle.  The driver will confirm with you the trip intinerary and give you the chance to stop on the way for a small break, toilet or just to take a picture.  Don’t be shy to ask.

Payment :

No deposit is required up front.  You will pay the driver on the day of your journey.  Please pay by cash in CZK, EURO or USD (the exchange rate is calculated each day, to save YOU money).

(For customized trips, select excursions, tours and orders for bigger groups where a bus is required, we may request a deposit of at least 20%.  We will inform you when we confirm your booking.)

Cancellation Policy :

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your booking, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time, for FREE.  Please send us an email, or call us as soon as you can.  If you’ve already paid for your journey, we’ll give you a full refund. If your airline cancels or changes your flight, or you miss your connecting flight, please let us know as soon us possible.  We’ll do our best to accomodate your changed itinerary.
